Refund & Cancellation Policy

At TempleOS, we strive to provide a reliable and transparent service to all our customers.
Subscription Fees
Subscription fees paid for TempleOS plans are generally non-refundable once the subscription has been activated.
Customers may cancel their subscription at any time. The cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not result in a refund for the current billing period.
Access to paid features will continue until the end of the active subscription term.
Duplicate or Incorrect Payments
If you believe you have been charged more than once for the same transaction or have made a payment in error, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction.
Upon verification, eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Failed Transactions
If a payment is debited from your account but the subscription is not activated due to a technical issue, please contact us with the transaction details. After verification, we will either activate the subscription or process a refund, as applicable.
