Welcome to TempleOS (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our website, software, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. About TempleOS

TempleOS is a cloud-based temple management platform that helps temples manage donations, poojas, bookings, accounting, inventory, devotees, communications, and related administrative functions.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using TempleOS or making any payment through our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

3. User Accounts

Users are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information during registration.
  • Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
  • All activities performed under their account.
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access.

4. Subscription Plans

TempleOS offers both free and paid subscription plans.

  • Subscription fees are charged according to the selected plan.
  • Features vary depending on the subscription tier.
  • Pricing may change with prior notice for future billing cycles.
  • Existing billing periods will not be affected by pricing changes.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely through authorized payment partners, including PhonePe.

By making a payment, you agree that:

  • You are authorized to use the chosen payment method.
  • Payment information provided is accurate.
  • Applicable taxes, if any, may be charged as required by law.
  • TempleOS does not store your complete card or UPI credentials.

6. Refund & Cancellation Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Subscription fees are non-refundable once the subscription has been activated.
  • Duplicate payments or payments made due to technical errors will be reviewed and refunded after verification.
  • Refunds, where approved, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Users may cancel future subscription renewals at any time before the next billing cycle.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability of our services. However, uninterrupted or error-free operation cannot be guaranteed. Scheduled maintenance or unforeseen technical issues may occasionally affect service availability.

8. Acceptable Use

Users agree not to:

  • Use the platform for unlawful purposes.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
  • Upload malicious software or harmful content.
  • Interfere with the operation or security of the platform.

Violation of these terms may result in suspension or termination of access.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, logos, content, designs, and intellectual property associated with TempleOS remain the exclusive property of TempleOS unless otherwise stated.

Users may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any part of the platform without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

TempleOS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including loss of data, revenue, or business interruption.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the affected subscription during the preceding three months.

11. Privacy

Use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how personal information is collected, used, and protected.

12. Third-Party Services

TempleOS may integrate with third-party services such as payment gateways, SMS providers, email services, WhatsApp providers, or cloud infrastructure providers. We are not responsible for the availability or policies of these third-party services.

13. Suspension or Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Karnataka, India.

15. Changes to These Terms

TempleOS may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
