Service Activation
Once your payment has been successfully received and confirmed, our Customer Relations team will contact you to complete the onboarding process.
As part of the onboarding, we will:
- Verify your temple or organization details, where required.
- Configure your TempleOS account.
- Provide your login credentials and authentication information.
- Assist with the initial setup and answer any onboarding questions.
Delivery Timeline
Our team typically initiates the onboarding process within 1 business day of successful payment confirmation. Actual activation time may vary depending on the information provided and the complexity of the setup.
Delays
If there is any delay in activating your account due to incomplete information, verification requirements, or technical issues, our team will keep you informed and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
